Our scholarship program currently supports children ages 2-10. Our creative arts and life skills programs through our partnership with Slum2Stage Africa serve youths from underserved backgrounds. We also provide emergency relief support to students of all ages facing displacement or crisis situations.
CMF operates primarily in Nigeria. We have classroom renovations in Jos and Abuja, and our emergency relief support extends to conflict-affected regions like Borno State. Our Ramadan meal distribution reaches marginalized and low-income communities across the country.
We focus on four core areas: (1) Educational Scholarships & Inclusive Learning - supporting 55 children with full scholarships; (2) Annual Ramadan Meal Distribution - serving 15,000+ individuals; (3) Creative Arts Development Program - training 200+ youths through Slum2Stage Africa partnership; and (4) Emergency Relief & Educational Support for displaced students.
Yes, all our programs are free for participating children and families. We believe education is a right, not a privilege, and financial barriers should never prevent children from accessing quality learning opportunities. Our programs are funded through donations and partnerships.
You can support us through donations to sponsor scholarships, classroom renovations, creative arts training, or Ramadan meal distribution. We also welcome volunteers and partnership opportunities with organizations that share our vision for inclusive education and youth empowerment.
CMF uses a holistic development model combining academic learning, creative expression, and life skills. We focus not just on giving aid, but on building long-term independence and measurable impact. Our strong community partnerships ensure sustainability and local participation in all our programs.
We work with Slum2Stage Africa for creative arts training and youth mentorship, the Universal Basic Education Board (UBEB) for infrastructure and educational quality, public schools across Nigeria, and local communities to ensure sustainability and participation.
We conduct regular school and home visits to monitor participants' academic performance, social behavioral skills, and emotional well-being. Feedback from parents, guardians, and teachers consistently shows significant improvement in students' confidence, communication, and academic outcomes.
By 2030, CMF aims to empower over 1,000 learners annually, equip 500 youth with employable and creative skills, and expand our reach across Nigeria — becoming a model for compassionate and sustainable impact in education and youth development.
CMF is guided by the UNESCO Happy School Framework, promoting joyful and inclusive learning environments. We also align with the UN Sustainable Development Goals — specifically SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 5 (Gender Equality), SDG 8 (Decent Work), and SDG 17 (Partnerships).
We welcome volunteers who share our passion for education and youth development. Visit our volunteer page to learn about opportunities in tutoring, mentorship, event support, and more. We provide training and ongoing support for all our volunteers.
Each year during Ramadan, we distribute freshly prepared meals and essential food items to over 15,000 individuals in marginalized and low-income communities. This initiative not only addresses hunger but also strengthens social bonds, promotes dignity, and includes youth-led activities like football tournaments that promote peace and discipline.
